I read this story on MSN this morning and it reminded me so much of my life and my sometimes rocky road to where I am today. Along the way I just did whatever it took to succeed at what I was working on. This is something I have tried hard to impart to my children, that there are no excuses, no others to blame, just you and your success or failure. Still More Pillows !!!!!

Am I driving you crazy with these pillows? Sorry - I have pillows on the brain.





This is a set of four different designs each in a vibrant full color. They will be printed on a gorgeous washed linen-cotton blend ground cloth. I can't wait to show you the real thing!




These fun pillows show my Zebra Stripes pattern, that will be available as yardage, used as the background with a floral embellishment complete with some lovely butterflies.

These will be printed on a rich cotton canvas that adds a great rustic texture to the design.

I hope to have some photos soon of the real deal but I am still waiting for test prints. As soon as they arrive I will post some snaps.

Are You Passionate about Peacocks?

I'm working on a series of illustrations for decorative throw pillows that will be offered with my fabric line. I've always been fond of peacocks so I decided to explore how they would look on a pillow front. Are you a fan of peacocks or do you think they've been overdone?




I think I'm still loving them. Picture these two colorful beauties on natural linen ground cloth covers overstuffed with feather down inserts. Hummmm...............
